Follow-Up Question Tool > Question Group List Page
Registry Managers can create follow-up questions and question groups that can be sent to Registrants via the Registrant Portal as follows:
Filter Displayed Question Groups
To filter the displayed question groups on this page, perform the following steps:

Choose from the following filter options:
- To filter by key words, enter the filter criteria in the Filter By Key Words box.
- To filter by the status of the question group, use the Filter By Status box.
- To filter for System Wide message, use the System Wide box.

Click the Filter button.
The question groups are displayed by the specified filter criteria.
Add New Question Group
To add a new question group, click the Add New Question Group link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays.
Go To Question List
To view all of the follow-up questions outside their groups, click the Go to Question List link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question List page displays.
Preview Question Groups
To preview a question group as it would appear to the Registrant, click the Preview Question Group link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Preview Question Group page displays for the appropriate question group.
Activate\Deactivate Question Group
If you no longer require Registrants to answer follow-up questions in a specific group, click the Deactivate button that corresponds to the specific question group. Alternatively, if you need to capture the information for an inactive question group, click the appropriate Activate button.
